Hello, I am Ursula Brummack
I am Office Manager and head of the back office at Thinktecture, organizing and coordinating the background processes of the agile organization we are. My colleague and I support the team in essentially all administrative and organizational tasks.
My administrative responsibilities are project invoicing, preparatory accounting including document management, and administrative HR support. I help developing and improving many of our internal processes.
I am an active member of interest groups and communities of practice, describing and defining the functions and roles of assistants today, with special focus on New Work and agile settings.
