Hi, I'm Ursula Brummack

As Office Manager I am head of the backoffice at Thinktecture, organizing and coordinating the processes in the background of an agile organization.

The areas of my work are

  • project billing, invoicing, and cash management
  • preparatory accounting
  • HR support
  • development of internal processes

My colleague and I are the team's point of contact for all matters of administrative support.

In my spare time, I work on descriptions of the functions and roles for assistants in their work, with special regard to agile settings and New Work. I am a member of the Assistants' Network in Germany on Xing (ANiD).
